Valentines day........

Another year another way of telling the singletons in peoples life "aww its ok you don't have someone, one day you will"

And what of those who are in a relationship? Just because i don't see my dear beloved constantly as oppose to other "unimportant" dates? Well still sucks when you "celebrated" the day by just going for a meal and everything was just very normal and average. How bringing this up with them makes me the bad person "oh but you don't like flowers" that's not an excuse to skive off of doing nothing! Effort! you can get me a cactus for all i care it would be nice to have/see /do something different to make the so call day "special" not that i don't love you with all trimmings and you're the light of my life etc and i know we express this every day and so on, well would you remember celebrating valentines apart from "oh we saw each other and had a meal" as oppose to the other times we've met? clearly nothing significant to make it "feel" as though you were celebrating valentines apart from that date.

So, I have nothing to show for my work and years of commitment and efforts of going out of my way to make time for you! Not even small lindt chocolate bunny! (so so cute by the way if you buy more than three and put them together)

So yep love you lots big hugs hate not being able to see you on a working day, as it's a working day and although my job is stable i need my sleep and we've celebrated it together so all is fine right munchkins? lots of kisses and hugs from your one and only with lots of whipped cream and cherry on top (metaphorically ofc as i have nothing to show you of this unless you want a cherry on an eclair)
